4717 reviewsWe stayed for 7 nights. Firstly, the hotel employees are what makes this the best stay. Joe from the entertainment team was fantastic with us all. My kids loved him. He made a point to involve us in all activities, from aqua aerobics to nightlife. Thank you Joe my kids were very grateful as we were we. Next to the mini club, just wow. Even though most kids and staff spoke French. Taha was the most amazing person. He made sure my children understood everything. He is a beautiful soul. We absolutely love him and miss him greatly. Taha is an absolute gem to this hotel. He spent time with my children even on his day off. Involving then in all activities, translating and dancing with them. Taha, we will be back for sure because you have become family to us.
