1268 reviewsWe returned last week from 4 nights staying at this hotel. It is currently out of season so it was very quiet. There isn't currently any evening entertainment due to this. We were there as a group of 6, so this wasn't a problem for us. A member of the entertainment team came over to us one of the days we were by the pool and offered us use of the table tennis, darts and football equipment. Music was playing around the pool during the day. Staff were all very friendly and more than happy to help when asked. When going for breakfast/dinner you have to give your room number, by the end of the weekend they'd remembered our room numbers, and welcomed us with a smile. We were all inclusive, yes the bar for all inclusive is at the back of the hotel by the pool. But so were our rooms, so this actually worked in our favour. Again the staff on the all inclusive bar got to know us, by the end of the weekend he had our drinks ready for us, and even brought over snacks and afternoon teas without us even asking. Very friendly. Being early in the year it gets cold in the evenings, just behind the all inclusive bar is another reception, and staff were more than accommodating to turn the lights on and let us sit in there. Three of us used the spa, no complaints at all. The only thing I will say is check what treatment you have booked beforehand. Nothing wrong with the treatment, it just wasn't what we were expecting. The hotel is a 10/15 minute walk from a large shopping centre. Yes it closes between 5-8pm due to Ramadan, but once we'd found that out on the first day we could avoid those times. We booked all of our activities and trips before we went, and had arrang d taxis to pick us up. Hotel staff would always check if we were ok when waiting outside, and tell other taxis "go away" basically, so we weren't constantly asked while waiting. Take the bad reviews with a pinch of salt. Some people's expectations are very high! Staff are friendly, we felt safe, the food was good, the hotel and rooms were clean.
