79 reviewsRiad Boustan has been lovingly restored by Mustafa who has created one of the most welcoming riads in Fes. We were greeted by Touati the manager and his team for an all too short stay. The riad is just a few minutes walk from the souk and square in Fes so a prefect location - nice and tranquil but just a minutes walk will take you to tea shops etc. Rooms are spacious with beautiful Moroccan decoration. Guests not confident in Moroccan Arabic or French need not worry as the staff speak good English. Breakfast is very good with excellent crepes and Moroccan preserves. A member of the team will also make tea or coffee for you on request at other times. The bed was comfortable and all amenities provided. We had a great night's sleep. I cannot actually remember if there was a TV - we did not need it. Guests are met at the taxi / bus stop on the main street by a porter with a hand cart for your luggage so no concerns about dragging heavy cases through the narrow passage ways and getting lost at the same time. Easy to relocate after you have been out as the riad is only a few turns from the main street. A great experience all round. We hope to return.
