Palais El Yazid

I cannot understand some of the very negative ratings. We booked a room in this riad for 5 days and payed like 10€ per night for both of us. We had a very warm welcome and where not pushed to purchase anything else or any trips. The room itself was very small and the private bathroom was in a seperate room outside. Could be more comfortable, sure but hex: we got what we paid for and expected. The service was unbelievable friendly. Not everybody was speaking good english and we where not used to French or Arabic but still we had a very good time there and felt like a part of their family. Later we booked a city trip which was pretty nice and professional. Also the available food in the riad was just great. For the last day we‘ve got an upgrade of our room as another couple was leaving. Free of charge. Last thing to mention is the awesome view from the terrace on the medina - just stunning.
