Perast

David, a true host that helped me a lot during the stay. Indeed apartment the house terrace and garden clean and nice.
View from apartment is astonishingly beautiful. Nice and helpful stay.
Location is by itself boutique a must go and stay.


Great holidays

The apartments are friendly and modern. Partly with sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are slightly soft but ok. Only the bathroom would need to be renovated (spores on the silicone). On the large terrace you can have breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. It is a bit difficult to find because they are in the second row and poorly decorated. Parking is about 5 minutes away at the entrance to the site for 2 euros a day.

Nice second row accommodation

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment in the building. It was very well equipped. AC worked great, as did everything else. The room has a beautiful, small balcony where you can sit and look over the water and people watch. It can accommodate 4 people. Decent restaurants in the area, though tourist prices. David and family are wonderful hosts and very accommodating. Parking is not possible at the apartment. Make sure you find a spot on either entrance. We had no issues finding a spot, however, it is very busy there in the tourist months and we probably just had exceptional luck on that front. 

Great stay in a loverly apartment overlooking the bay

Lovely large apartment just off the harbour road. Note there is NO PARKING in Perast, you must park your car at either of the car parks (2 Euros per day) and then walk with your luggage to the apartment. (250 metres).
In summer you are unlikely to find a space in the car park before 8pm due to the limited spaces and multiple day trippers. 
We therefore parked along the road and went back later when it was quieter.
We were welcomed by David’s Dad who took us through the rules etc.
The only draw back to the room we had was that it was in the loft space and the sloping roof line really affected the height available in the room.
If back in Perast we’d definitely go back to David’s.

Perfectly located apartment in the heart of Perast

Great rooms, lovely place, lovely hosts, I really want to go back to them. Even before we went in, we sent out a detailed plan of apartments, met like friends with wine, etc. They're meeting in everything, the rooms are clean and the kitchen is equipped like homes.

It's a beautiful place in the old town.

The accommodation is warm, the room is clean, the sea is great and the terrace is comfortable. The comfort of the room is total: good bed, large shower, air conditioning. Apartment very well located in the city.

Nice room

Beautiful apartments, clean, well-equipped, hospitable owners. Close by a large number of restaurants. Beach with easy access. Beautiful view from the windows. The best place to relax.

Excellent (High quality well equipped) and very clean apartment in the beautiful village of Perast. 
David and his parents do everything to make your stay unforgettable.

Excellent Accommodation

We decided to stay in Perast for the night. We booked apartments through an internet, dining in one of Perast's restaurants. The building is 500 years old, on the front line, a little deep. Very friendly owners, speaking Russian well. The rooms have everything you need. The cleanliness is impeccable. The patio-opati with sea view. We slept beautifully. The owners bake the best bread. We helped with luggage and warm clothes to the children. Thank you very much! We will definitely return to you! We have a nice night in Perast in Venice!

Wonderful apartments in the fabulous Venetian town

We stayed for a week in the one-bedroom unit with the small balcony and absolutely loved it. David and his parents are very friendly and helpful. The unit was impeccably clean, and very comfortable. It always felt good to come "home" at the end of the day. The WiFi works well. Our unit had a clothes washer (though no dryer), which was very convenient; I wish I had known we were going to stay here before I packed so I could have brought half the clothes!

The only odd thing about the apartment we had is that the "shower" doesn't have a wall mount, so you have to hold the shower wand with your hand.

Perast itself is a beautiful little town. Because it is so small you'll probably find that you've done everything there is to do after a day, but it's very well located to act as a base of operation for day trips to other locations throughout the region.
