Šepić Accommodation

We stayed here for 3 nights end of September 2019. We had such a great time here! Aljosa and his mom Liliana took great care of us, they were absolutely fabulous hosts and super friendly and welcoming. We were received with a welcome drink and a piece of delicious home made cake. We got a lot of tips for activities for both days of our stay. Very good Turkish coffee and some small thing to eat in the morning. Nice chats with both. A huge bag of laundry was done for a small fee. The apartment was very spacious, with sitting room, small kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and a bottle of Montenegro produced wine. The apartment is basic, but very good. The shower for example was great. We had everything we needed and they made sure we got the absolute most out of our stay. 3 nights Durmitor is recommended. It is a beautiful area and having 2 full days is perfect. The lake and the mountains are very different from the typical Alpine mountain scenery. Very raw and impressive scenery. Zabljak is kind of a resort town, but nice nonetheless and the most convenient location. Nothing that we didn’t like. Initially a minor thing of disappointment was that there was no possibility for breakfast, that people in other reviews were raving about, anymore. But we cannot fault them and the coffee and chats totally made up for that and it was very easy to get some bread or breakfast in the village at only 5 minutes walk. Also, the price is a bargain!
