It was a bit more difficult to find, we walked from bus station. We asked some locals and they direct us. Haven't seen the owner almost the whole stay. We communicated mostly with his mother, she doesn't speak English so we spoke to her in our language, somehow we understood each other. Apartment we stayed in (no.1) was well furnished. There was some noise from street but if you close the window you don't hear anything. There was a stink coming from wash basin in the bathroom but not that terrible. It's about 10-15 min to the nearest beach, 30 min to Old town. We rent a scooter so this made our lives easier :)
