What was good

Overall, all is good 😊 Nice receptionist checked me in fast, escorted me to the room, showed around. The design is modern and lovely, two balconies, nice view. Clean bedding, comfortable mattress. The hair conditioner - at first it felt more like a body lotion, and even if it was, it did some magic to my hair 😅🤩

What was bad

Now on not such a bright side … as a fellow hotelier, I have an eye for many things and would like to share them as a “room for improvement” rather than a critique although other guests might take those things much more serious: Housekeeping 1. Toilet hasn’t been cleaned in a while it seems 🤢 2. There was no soap / soap dispenser when checked in - thankfully receptionist brought one 3. The room is set for 2-3 persons yet there was only 1 pair of slippers 4. Stains on the bottom of the kettle 5. Bed sheets are not tucked in!!! Technical 1. The side lamp is on the wardrobe 🤔🤨 2. One lamp in the bathroom is hardly working; should have been replaced before check-in 3. Sockets in the bathroom are sticking out 😱 4. Plastic toilet seat: not by size of the toilet, not a 5* level and not a long lasting solution in general 5. Bed is creaking 6. Cupboard door (where minibar is) doesn’t close properly 7. A filler / plaster is coming off in the shower Overall 1. Low quality toilet paper 2. No bathrobes (even by request) 3. No shelf in the shower 4. The dispenser for shower gel doesn’t work, had to scoop it out 5. No water for making coffee 6. Better check the information that’s provided on all online channels because where I booked from it says: 24 hour reception - key cardholder suggests differently; security guard - haven’t seen one; meals (breakfast) - was not an option in my booking “Individually” those are small things but collectively they are the ones that make a difference
