119 reviewsWe had two nights at Zaya recently and we were blown away by the amazing customer service! Anand and his brother run the place and they really make you feel valued. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms, facilities and free breakfast were all great but it was the little extras that really stood out to us. They have a couple of drivers on hand for airport pick ups/drop offs and they even very kindly dropped us off at our car rental place so we didnt have to walk with our bags. They also picked us up again when we returned and there was no extra fee for this. Just all 'part of the service'. I also asked them to do some washing for me and there wasnt much time to do it before my flight and they did everything they could to ensure my clothes were washed and dried before I needed them. We absolutely loved our stay at Zaya and a big thanks to Anand for everything he did for us. We definitely recommend Zaya if you are staying in Ulanbataar.
