A good hotel to rest the attention of the staff very well also has a parking lot for you to cache what is very good including breakfast this is rich everything about what I think the lack of variety (sweet bread) the regular cleaning has wifi hot water what we liked most is the location is very close to the cathedral and its squares.

A good hotel to relax in.

We enjoyed it because it was just a few steps from downtown, we walked through it all and returned to the hotel without any problems, in addition to the fact that for that price, we were included in the breakfast, tasted the food, the rooms are small but fulfill the function of resting place.

A couple's weekend together.

Fortunately it's not that expensive, but I won't return even by order of the magistrate. Very well located, but no one takes good care of you, gives you information, or anything. I wanted to improve my room and there was no case. That they didn't have and it turned out that they have some executive floors and almost empty quarters.

Free is expensive.

It's an affordable option, it's a 12-minute walk from the cathedral. Perfect for overnight stays, quiet even though it's on an avenue. The parking is folding down the street. They have an American breakfast option, which is enough to start the day.

A good option.

Very central hotel, small but comfortable, cheap and well-maintained, clean. We were offered a buffet, but it was not as nice, very poor but at a low cost. We were well served. Its location is excellent. They have a room at the top of the hotel, which is a bit dangerous to access.

Modest but comfortable.

Good service, good care, everything clean and personal is quite friendly, highly recommended, thank you very much, the only thing is that some walls outside the room are not even barricaded, which gives a pretty ugly view.

Well, well, well, well.

I stayed in this hotel for ten days - ten days too many. I made the major mistake of paying for the entire stay up front. From the moment I entered the hotel, the staff at reception were rude to say the least; very dismissive of the fact that there were potential customers there waiting to pay. Asking the same reception staff for your room key also proved to be an arduous task for them. On top of the rude reception staff, the hotel claimed to have wifi on each floor. This wifi worked for 1 of the 10 days of my stay, and having reported the issue several times to reception, they said they would check it - when in reality, they actually did nothing (confirmed by asking a separate member of staff who said it hadn't been checked). 

With respect to the location of the hotel, yes, it is central; however, on an evening it can be a scary walk trying to cross the bridge to the hotel from Plaza Bicentenario, especially if you are alone. If you are unlucky enough t get one of the rooms that face onto the Boulevard - expect to get very little sleep and to have no clean air in your room.

All this said, the cleaning staff were the saving grace of this hotel. They are very friendly and very professional, keeping the rooms spotless. 

To conclude - I definitely will not be returning.
