Reception care is good with several shifts, however, BEFORE the attention of the cleaning lady, as soon as I got to the room I checked the sheets and they were dirty, I ordered the change at the reception and the lady greeted me, asked for luggage, replied reluctantly, I was just going to change the sheets when I told her that the problem was the cubrecolchón and that she would change it too, she told me that then it would be without the same because there was no more, totally so. The window could not be opened because it has a wood. The next day the altar meets me with two squashes and an ant that since the night before had noticed few in some places, but yes, generally clean the room by details, the cost is higher than the other hotels offered a good quality water as well as a no water bottles.

Excessive cost for poor quality and cleanliness.

The rooms are very clean, there is a restaurant, a pool and a parking lot. Its location is 2 blocks from the boulevard and the atmosphere is very quiet.

In my opinion, the closet is poorly designed as it has no drawers and the discomfort of having it in the bathroom on the other hand the parking lot is not inside the hotel if it is not in an annex on the street opposite.

The main feature of this place is its location in relation to the Veracruz Aquarium, the beaches and some restaurants, which makes it an excellent place if you intend to be in the area. They have a closed parking lot, although to use it at night you have to go to the front desk first to open it. The service of the place is very good, although there is not much staff, the few who are looking for the support of the tourist at all times. They also have a restaurant, although in particular I would prefer to go out for breakfast and dinner outside the hotel to nearby options.

Clean with good location.

I spent 5 nights here recently.  The place is simple, but clean and the staff are helpful.  The hotel is built around the pool which also becomes a big echo chamber with the noise of all the children in the pool, especially on the weekends. There were a lot of families on the weekend, but I was also Mother's Day. It is only 1 block to the ocean and not too far to the aquarium and beach nearby.

Clean, economical family place

To be a hotel that doesn't belong to any reputable chain, I thought it was a great option to stay.A few steps from the Aquarium and less than 10 minutes by car to the Malecon y el Zocalo or the beaches of Mocambo y Boca del Río, you won't regret staying here, proper cleaning and room in general.Lovely hot water and a medium-sized swimming pool for the size of the hotel.Today you can change the sea view to a quiet environment that allows you to rest all you need to entertain 100 guests during the day.If I'm not mistaken, the terminals 5,6 and 7 are the ones that allow you to see the street or the sea.

Good performance at a fair price.

I like their quiet rooms and topical breakfasts parking spacious pool cold but clean excellent hotel with elevator wifi sky mattresses very comfortable and new bedding the staff is very attentive the price is from 395 pesos a median calle del bulevar y playa.
