This was our first time in Mexico City. We chose the area of Polanco because we heard so many great things from our friends. We were not disappointed. Los Suites was Centrally located and well reviewed. They did not disappoint. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the gracious staff. Daniel went out of his way to make sure we had the right room and we were comfortable. He helped us with our luggage. And for our stay, he greeted us every morning made sure we got where we were going and answered any questions we had. Alejandro was very helpful as well. He made sure we got the transportation we needed in a quick and efficient manner. We appreciate his professionalism. The hotel was very comfortable spacious and the breakfast buffet was awesome. Fresh eggs, fresh fruit, and homemade waffles. The hotel was kept up very nice and very clean. We even enjoyed the spa services with a massage and hot tub before we left. When we return to Polanco, we will definitely stay here again.
