Beautiful location, stunning views, my biggest problem was that The AC is turned off every morning, the doors and windows have huge spaces under and above letting the hot humid air in. Hard to sleep. Some windows are just holes you can’t close. So if u need AC be aware.

We absolutely loved our stay at Luv. I have made searching for an accommodation on the beach a study and I am so happy I went for this one. I think comparing to the other accomodations, it’s fairly priced for a beachfront hotel. The huts and surroundings are beautiful and the staff is amazing. They were always smiling and available. The main reasons why we have picked this place is because it’s quiet and private. The inclusive breakfast is delicious too. We would definitely recommend and come back to Luv

We had a fantastic stay at Luv and I want to share my experience. The hotel impressed me not only with its excellent location and first-class amenities, but also with the outstanding staff, particularly Giovanni and Arturo with Team.

The hotel itself offered comfortable and stylishly appointed rooms, a generous breakfast, and a relaxed atmosphere. Its central location allowed us to conveniently explore the “attractions”.

Very special, very calm and quiet. With really good energy. The staff and the owner are very nice and helpful. Simple but with charm and beautiful. The private beach is amazing. No confusion, less is more  😀 but with quality.

What can I say. Thank you, thank you Luv Hotel and to all of the staff.

From the moment I got out of the cab I was captivated by the simplicity and natural beauty and charm that Luv gives and was welcome by the beautiful smiling Daisy.  Then I was led to my room and the beauty of the room - you say on the website "Where pure nature is true beauty" and that is exactly what it was. I cried with emotional gratitude to be there and to be surrounded by Mother Nature.

I cannot thank you enough and Luv Hotel has a forever place in my heart. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious the staff amazing and a special thank you to Carlos as well on my last day.

This will not be the last time I come to Luv, I look forward to seeing you again. Thank you for showing me some heaven on earth.  Love and light to you all. You all shone a very powerful and lifting  light on me and I will be forever grateful, it was everything I needed and more 🙏✨🙏

Luv Hotel you have a forever place in my heart - “Where pure nature is true beauty”

My husband and I stayed here while attending a wedding and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! I’d say we are a couple that’s used to more commercialized hotels, so this was definitely a new experience for us and I’m happy that it was such a positive experience! 

You truly feel like you’re taking in all the magic Tulum has to offer and with this being our first time in Tulum, we understand the hype. Upon check in we were greeted by Deisy and she was so pleasant and even upgraded our room to ocean front which was so amazing. Highly recommend booking ocean front on the upper floor bc it is just absolutely GORGEOUS! Throughout our stay we also worked with Carlos at the front and he was also very pleasant. Any questions we had were addressed right away with the staff which was very appreciated of course. 

The room itself was great. I was definitely worried about the whole no A/C part but like other reviewers said, the screen door with the ocean breeze was lovely and our room came with two floor fans and when you position them right on the bed while you’re sleeping, you’re good to go I’d say! We did encounter a few bugs on our canopy but nothing to where it was a deal breaker, we just handled them. Overall I appreciated how the rooms were made, very natural and we loved learning how the whole place is sustainably built. Made it pretty special. Only thing I’d have feedback on is that we struggled with locking our door, the key and the lock would take a little bit to finesse. We eventually got it but it’d be better if it was more consistent.

Down by the beach the bar was 10/10! The food was pretty good. The free breakfast was pretty basic but great for what it was. Their tacos were amazinggg and we also ordered the steak for lunch and that was also very delicious! Would be great to see more snack options. Alex and Claudia…. 12/10!! Always SO kind and attentive and also made tasty drinks. Love how personable they were and we enjoyed getting to know them. Gustavo and Gabriel, also 12/10 with great service on the beach while laying out on the day beds. Made sure we were taken care of and very kind. Love the staff! 

Location-wise I’d say with a nice stroll along the beach you’re pretty close to other beach clubs and restaurants if you wanted to explore. Then on the street side, right by a couple pharmacies which definitely came in handy for more bottled water, electrolytes, etc. 

Overall thank you Luv Tulum for making our first trip here lovely and one to remember! We hope to be back soon! ❤️

Couples trip for a destination wedding

I had the best few weeks here with my best friend. The staff are so lovely as is the owner. With beautiful scenery and amazing rooms this hotel is really special. Having strolled along the beach and looked into the other hotels, this one definitely seems to be the best. It’s extremely relaxing and perfect for families or romantic holidays. This is your sign to go to LUV Tulum.

The most incredible hotel ever

My friends and I had the most heavenly stay here. The staff are attentive and friendly - we were so looked after. Tulum Beach is such a magical place but some areas can be loud and busy at night. 
Luv Tulum, however, was a peaceful retreat from this and perfect to go with family or friends. I highly recommend to anyone wanting an authentic Tulum experience. With the calming lull of the waves and delicious food right on the beach, it's impossible not to fall in love with Luv Tulum!
