As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure. Front desk opening hours 00:00 - 15:00. The hotel reception is open between 10:00 AM and 15:00 PM. If arrival is after that time, a code and instructions for autonomous check-in are provided to guests.
