The King Room with Pool View was amazing and very large. Located on a Condominium Marco and Rossella’s house offers a tranquil location – amazing hospitality – fabulous breakfast choices – all within 10 minutes easy walk to the main area of Playa del Carmen. This was the perfect location for us with beautiful gardens – great wildlife and a very relaxing community pool area DIRECTIONS: The Condominium is called PLAYA CAR – the house has no signage or number and to add confusion there is an Apartment Block called Bouganvillas at the far end of the Condominium, nowhere near the B+B From the ADO coach station/beach/shopping mall you will enter the security gate PLAYA CAR As soon as you pass through security look to your LEFT for a stone sign VILLAS MAYAB – the B+B is the large house to the right OR As soon as you pass through security look to your RIGHT you will see the school EMMA - Grupo Escolar Manuel Acosta – the B+B is on the opposite side of the dual carriageway next to the stone sign Villas Mayab – look out for the pedestrian crossing both carraigeways
