Hotel Marsella

This is very definitely a budget option but has very friendly staff and free off-street parking for cars and motorcycles. The walls could do with a fresh coat of paint and the mattresses are a little tired but for the 350 pesos paid for 2 people in a large room with one double and one single bed, it's definitely a good budget choice. It's also 4 blocks in a straight line from the main square. Free water is available in the office which seems to be manned 24 hours so the security is good. The room was clean. Towels and soap were provided. They have hot water, not bad wifi, cable TV and fairly new AC units in the rooms. It's a little noisy as it's on a busy road but then so are most Mexican hotels we've stayed in. I would definitely recommend this for the budget traveler.
