if you are looking for a rental apartment for a short stay, this is a good choice. well maintained with basic necesities covered. close to the touristy area of mzt but not too close to be noisy. safe neighborhood.

It's a few blocks away from the beach, but it's located in a nice area.  The rooms have been updated and it's very confortable. I will definitely be staying there again.Thank you Mr. Avila.

Comfortable and quiet!

The Apartment lacked cooking implements and utensils. No washing machine. Poor shower. I paid for a balcony I never had. Doors locked us out of apartment. The inside bedroom doors locked themselves. I was left to sleep on couch one night. Couldn't get into bedroom for medication for disabled daughter. Not what I paid for. It says Sabalo Country Club but is no such thing.

Misleading

Too many stairs. Hard to bring u the groveries. Dogs barking all the time. Location is good. Close to amenities. No place to sit outside. Low water pressure. Limited cooking utensils. No tea towels. Beds are quite comfortable. Air conditioner works great. Unit is quite clean.

If you are elderly don’t stay here.

Very rude and unprofessional property manager! Mr. Alex Perez, robbed us of our hard earned money, even though our cancellation policy guaranteed a no charge and full refund! Moreover, our reservation included “pay at site”, which we were charged immediately after the booking. I am very disappointed with the manager onsite. Word of advice - Don’t Cancel or be charged

A real nightmare, the room door had to slam it in order to closed. The elevator was dirty and too small.

The place looks nice at first. It’s nothing special and a little on the cold side but it looks except a bowl and add a pretty good price. We had no idea that there would be ants everywhere and that we would be scratching ourselves and needing to take a shower all the time because of this. We also did not expect that they would be no hot water or that when calling for help nobody seem to care. I would avoid this place is totally and not recommend it to anyone. If I could give it less than one star, I would. What sums it up for me is when I told the owner about these issues , His response to me was that “thats your problems not mine”. That sums it all up perfectly. Avoid this place!

Very disappointing place and a owner

This is someone using Expedia to rent a property for them but once you have rented you need to track these folks down to get a key - maybe worth it for a week or two stay bur as a nightly rental - forget it.The folks that rent are not on site and they are not too efficient at answering their phone - the rental is at their convenience not yours.Nice enough looking unit from the outside

No one home

The owner advertised a completely different space. When he finally responded to my calls he said it was Expedia’s fault for the misrepresentation of the property. He did nothing to make my stay better. Simply denied responsibility.
