Where do I start..? What a wonderful, relaxing holiday we have just had at San Antonio Guesthouse. Myself, my husband and our 7 year old daughter just had 7 of the best days and nights there. It’s basic but clean and comfortable, with solid WiFi should you need it. As there are limited rooms, you never struggle to secure somewhere to lie around either of the 2 great pools - our daughter swam like a mermaid every single day. The breakfasts are plentiful - granola, cereals, toast, yoghurts, fruit juice, water and, if you want, freshly cooked eggs. Maria is absolutely lovely, and both she and George couldn’t do enough to help us - including sorting taxis and providing us a packed breakfast as we had to leave early on our last day. In terms of location, it’s fabulous - though if you have mobility issues you might struggle. The property is at the top of a steep hill down to the bay, but it was fine for us as a young family. Xlendi Bay itself is small and perfectly formed, and you won’t struggle to find somewhere to eat. The little shop at the bottom of the main hill is run by a really great Serbian guy who was funny, kind and helpful - it literally sells everything, so stock up on water! There are also great Gelato places, which our daughter was thrilled at. Thanks Maria & George, we absolutely loved our time and we will 100% be returning in the future.
