Great apartment overlooking st Paul’s bay. Lift up to 4th floor. Spacious and clean. Negative points:Electricity and water not included so will be taken from your deposit. This wasn’t included on the advert when we booked so was a surprise. The owners are sorting it out thoughWe had 4 adults and a teenager. Whilst there are 8 beds I think it would be a real squash for 8 adults. 6 adults and 2 children would be the most I would suggest. Air con is only in the bedrooms. Lounge and kitchen get very warm! The apartments aren’t well sound proofed so if you get noisy neighbours it can be a little loud...ear plugs worked wellPositive pointsBrilliant view. Great location. 30 seconds walk to the bus stop that takes you everywhereLocal restaurants are very very goodMini market 5 minutes walk round the bay and open lateVery cleanWashing machine a real bonusRuth Neville and their team were very very very helpful.
