Everything is good but no have there reception guy thats problm only there no one guide

I booked this property for the location and reading the reviews. It did not disappoint! We were on the 4th facing the street. The place we had was like a small little apartment with all modern amenities. It was great having two balconies and the washing machine was a bonus. There is BOV across the street, a few good places for groceries right outside the hotel and a few steps from the square:) The place was very clean and the rooftop patio was very relaxing with 360 view of the sea and surroundings.I would definitely recommend this place and would be doing a rebook when we retirn

We really enjoyed this hotel/apartment. It was perfect for our stay. The staff were friendly, the space roomy, the buffett breakfast delicious, location central, the washing machine a life saver. Next time we stay in Bugibba, we’d stay here again.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at StiLLel Retreat. The room was clean and room service was excellent. We were able to cook meals together and enjoy use of the smartTV, WiFi and Aircon.The staff were polite and communication was excellent.There was one night of loud music from an adjacent hotel/bar/restaurant but apart from this the room was well sound insulated and we slept well.We would definitely come back.

Easy access.Restaurant on the roof terrace, happy hour 3-7.Local walkable swimming.

Everything was perfect. It was clean, the staff was super nice and you have the beach, Restaurants and Souvenir shops right outside. The kitchen had everything you need. Already planning my next stay.

The day before we checked out we put the sign “please clean up my room” on the door. We came back to the hotel and it was not done. They told us they took a picture of the sign being “do not disturb”. I believe they wouldn’t clean the room a day before the checkout, making me look stupid. Despite this, it was a good stay.

Very clean and the perfect location

The apartment was nice and very clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. I really appreciated that. But unfortunately, there was loud construction work starting every morning around 7am, which made it hard for me to rest properly. It would’ve been nice to know about it before booking, or at least be offered another room. Also, there was a door in my apartment that connected to another room or apartment — it was locked, but the key was left on the other side, which didn’t make me feel fully safe as a solo traveler. Overall, it was a good stay, but a few things could definitely be improved.

I really like the price of this stay. The price is phenomenal for the things it offers. What i didn’t like was the restaurant in the 8th floor. We had some trouble with the food, and the manager (not the waiters) was a bit a aggressive when we told him the food we ordered wasn’t the right one. It was bad the customer service there.

Excellent location and lovely staff who accommodated my request for a table to work from in my room. Decent breakfast on the rooftop which has lovely views of the area and lots of space to chill/hang out. I was staying on the first floor which was quite loud at times but lots of space in the room for storage and the bathroom was modern and clean. My room was quite dark and didn’t have a balcony so if I was to stay again I would ask for that. Otherwise, lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

We statyed for 5 nights and the place is fantastic.  Great location, close to the beach and tons of bars and restaurants in the community.  The place is super clean and has all you need for a longer stay. The staff are super friendly, they do room service every day and they have very good breakfast every morning.  They also have live music over the weekends at the roof top whcih was very nice. Highly recommended.

Lovely clean apartment, well equiped for self catering. We did book breakfast but the buffet restaurant closed due to being out of season. However the staff brought breakfast to order every morning to our room, which was lovely. I asked for an extra blanket (before we worked the heating out) which was delivered promptly. Nothing was to much trouble. Bars and restaurants all close by.
