Having been to the Maldives eight times, we can confidently say that Patina is the first resort we will definitely return to. We stayed in a Sunset Villa, and upon checking in we were welcomed with the most magical sight — dolphins swimming right in front of our villa. A surreal start to a truly unforgettable holiday. As a family of four with two young kids, we were amazed at how seamless everything felt. Our essentialist, Ruslan, went above and beyond to make the trip effortless. He arranged all our dinner bookings, looked after our dietary requirements, and ensured everything was perfectly tailored to us. The resort staff as a whole were outstanding — warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. Every interaction left us feeling cared for. The kids’ club deserves a special mention: it is without question one of the best we’ve come across in all our travels. The facilities and activities kept the children happily engaged, and the staff were incredibly thoughtful — even arranging meals for the kids whenever needed. It gave us peace of mind knowing they were so well looked after. Patina Maldives has struck the perfect balance of luxury, ease, and family-friendly hospitality. After many visits to the Maldives, this is the resort that has truly captured our hearts. We can’t wait to come back.
