I last came to H78 end of may 2019 for a 1 nighter as well. I decided to come back to H78 as I had a great experience with them due to the friendly staff and service. They have def maintained the good customer service. Room is clean and basic which is good enough for 1 night. The toilet and bathroom may be construed as small depending on the person's size but the rate is definitely value for money as they also provide transport to and from airport. The only slight hiccup was that my resort speedboat was scheduled to depart at 1030am but the hotel arranged for me to leave at 10am. Now as I stayed before, I trusted that they knew better and I am.aware the hotel is a mere 12.to 15 min away from the airport so it might be tight but if we leave on time it should be fine. The transport only came at about 1007 to 1010am so that made me honestly very anxious. The front desk lady understood and assured me that she will inform my resort that I will be there in time for the speedboat and thus to wait for me. She even called the driver a few min after we left that she has contacted my resort ppl to inform them of the situation. That gave me assurance that I wont miss the transfer. I would like to thank the initiative of the lady who helped me on the 18th of june morning. Sorry I didnt pay attention to your name as I was rather anxious about the timing. A lady,Maya, even whatsapp me later to enquire whether all was fine and that was very nice of them to follow up. H78 I will always recommend you to anyone needing a 1 night layover! Thanks.
