Location: 2nd row beachfront. Only 50m to the beach. Very good location! Extremely close to Cokes surfbreak. Mini market 10 meters. Hotel: 3.5star hotel for a 2star price, which is a 5star rating for me. Restaurant: same, 3.5 stars for a 2 star price, which is a 5star rating for me. During a two week stay I had no real need to eat anywhere else because the menu is very large serving local and western food. I only went out to eat pizza at the pizza place close by and a few times in a local restaurant at the other side of the island. Hosts: Very friendly, above average English, organisation of trips and transfer etc. Excellent hosts. Cons: Some standards (towel change, communication, included breakfast) are not excellent, but tourists also have to acknowledge the local culture and that local owned hotels are still new on the maldives. If you compare Casadana to other hotels in this price range, you get the best deal! I really loced staying there.
