There are so many shark,clear beach. Azim,Susil,Soe are doing very good in Restaurant.Mamoon Roomboy ist very good and polite. Really enjoy the enterteiment Dj Mippo and Prizam Band. They are Supper. Frontoffice Manager Mr Pradep ist really helpfull,he managed our holiday be Perfekt,he ist very aktif,always greating and frendly to the guest,whenever we met him. U fortunally,when he ist not aroound,the service in Frontoffice are totally down. Example by arrival time. after 1 hours ride by Boat to Resort we were back to the airpot due to Engineer,have to chage better Enginer due rough of See. Go and back already 2 hrs and again go to Resort 2,5 hours.Total the trip about 4,5 hrs.i was vomating 8 times,other guest also,event there were guest were sick and couldnot walk. once arrived in Reception,no employee asked how i fell or do i need help or doctor. They should know why arrival delayed and what happend,what they should do for the guest. 1st, the man just came with cold drink,then lady from philiphine came to do checkin.By myself, i asked for doctor.The doctor came and said i need trink something sweet.The lady wearing white Shirt said,they are prepering Jus. We back room wothout Jus,just didnt fell good to wait in Reception without staff how really look after. No warm welcome ! Other day we came reception,we met again lady wearing white Shirt and asked we would like to pay some Bill to check our card, she said we could pay in caseer,second question regarding shop still closed but already 9.25 am.she look her mobile then leave us without say anything.really unpolite. If she is busy, she could say that her college will be back to us or anyhing se could say. By this time,We got to know she is FO executive.Company pay more salary and give employees position,means they have more Responsible to lead team and take care of the guest. if they are not, they dont deserve the position, not fair for others employees who no position but working hard.We totally understand some employee are new or still traning,but the one who had position must doing better. We found FO manager Mr Pradep ist best and good personality.hope the other be better like him too. We come to Maldives every years in different resort. we love maldive much. We enjoyed holiday by Elleidoo, very clear beach . swimming in front of the room was so nice.the Bar staff are very frendly, we enjoyed spent time in the Bar with all the enterteiment.
