Conrad Maldives Rangali Island Resort

My girlfriend and I were looking around for a fun vacation, and when we saw pictures of the Conrad Rangali we booked right away. Without a doubt, this was the single best vacation both of us have ever taken! The pictures don’t even do the island justice; every inch of the location is scenic, refreshing, and relaxing. We stayed in a beach villa to start, then upgraded to a private pool villa and absolutely loved both of our accommodations! Both villas were spacious, comfortable, and stuffed with all the amenities you’ll need to have a memorable experience. The food here is also to die for—I highly recommend trying as many restaurants as possible! Atoll Market has a lavish breakfast buffet with something for everyone, the Quiet Zone has amazing cocktails and light fare, and Rangali Bar does everything well (and is right by the pool!). We also really loved our experience at Koko Grill, Ufaa, and the wildly scenic Ithaa, plus the Fisherman’s BBQ, so rest assured you can’t go wrong at any dining location on the island. However, without a doubt, the best part of our trip was the staff at The Conrad Rangali. Every single employee greeted us with a smile and a welcome, they were all so kind and generous, and we truly felt like we were the most important guests on the island. Our concierge Haisam was simply fantastic; he was always available and helped us with absolutely everything we could wish for. Kosi, at Atoll Market, is one of the best hospitality workers I’ve ever come across, he made everyone around him smile and laugh and was so engaging with all of the guests at the hotel! Liz at Ithaa went above and beyond find me some rihaakuru, which I was dying to try. Amit at the Quiet Lounge talked to me about all the cocktail recipes he’d come up with and never let my drink get too low. Lea in reservations gave us a bunch of information prior to our stay and met us at Atoll Market to see how our trip was going! Chef Radisul was an excellent host for our cooking class, Puri at Ufaa gave us a lovely welcome to our table and was an absolute gem, Aslam & Sujhit at Rangali Bar greeted us by name and were always so happy to see us, plus the breakfast team at Atoll Market--Sareeh, Soe, Duwa, and Alsan who gave us such fantastic service each morning. Long story short—book this hotel with confidence. The property is gorgeous, the food is fantastic, and the staff will treat you like royalty. This was the most we’ve ever spent on a vacation, and thanks to the staff at the Rangali it was worth every cent. We can’t wait to be back!
