VE: The reception staff were exceptionally helpful & welcoming.It was great to have 2 pillows provided per person, instead of having to ask for them. Toiletries, water & coffee, sugar were welcomed, but no creamer/"milk".Breakfast food was great (but the coffee was terrible - weak, awful taste) Minimart was basic, but good.-VE:The property is just old & tired & obviously difficult to maintain.The housekeeping/maintenance staff obviously have a tough job.Mould in the bathrooms & corners of bedroom. Smelly.Sheets too small for bed, old & discoloured, with a "smell".No TV at all.Not a space we really wanted to return to after a hard day in the national park.
