Bets value for money for 4 people. Friendly Filipino staff. ❤️Would definitely go back and check into this hotel again if family visits KL again. Shoutout to the Filipino front staff who has been very helpful.

Best Value for money

We stayed there just for a day, getting there was easy, walking distance from KL central, in an area known as Little India. Check in was quick, the room was very basic, free wi fi was there, air con worked okay. No Windows or balcony in the room, no other facilities. The bed was comfortable. Many eating places nearby, well connected to other areas. All in all, a value for money place.

I booked this room without reading any reviews.
Now I just realized that many people complaining about this hotel.

Well, my experience when staying in this hotel was so good and smoothly.

I wonder that I looks like got the room which is like renovated (because the different of Door type)
But, still there is leak in the front of mirror area (you can see there is towel in the floor) But I think it's still okay, not big deal for me. 
I got the rooms without windows, and yes it's make me overslept lol. The bed quite nice, but the quilt feels deflated.
They also provide the room with coffee&tea and two bottles of mineral water labeled Signature hotel. Well quite prepared as budget hotel..

But...   they didn't serves the soap/shampoo well.
We got the 2in1 soap+shampoo in the water mineral bottle. Yuks.

Hair dryer next to the bed working perfectly.
The AC also good, and the other good thing is when I turn on the TV there is Infinity War which is airing so makes my mood so good.

The best thing, my room is quite spacious. Easy for unload the luggages.

Check in check out also easy. We need to deposit 50myr.

Oh ya, from this hotel to the KL Sentral is really walking distance. And from KL Sentral to KLIA2 only 12MYR by SkyBus. 

For Muslim, I found the Mosque nearby (walking distance, googling : Madrasathul gouthiyyah surau brickfields ) but from the hotel you can't hear any sounds from the Mosque. 

And this location are Muslim friendly I think, because halal food easy to get. Yay! (And I love the John Burger under the LRT bridge, in front of ABC bistro)

Oh ya, if you want to reach this hotel, I prefer use Google maps by MTR 1924 KL Sentral, this one is the restaurant next to the hotel. Because I hard to find maps of Signature hotel. 

There is also  KK Mart, 7eleven, Domino. And other food stall mostly open 24 hours. KL Sentral Thambipillay location is really the best! 

Anyway at that times, I think this hotel quite good and recommended, but sometimes the experience wouldn't be same. Good luck and enjoy KL!


Thambipillay area is the best

We had such a bad experience. Without reading the reviews or having a look at the hotel we booked it. After getting into room it was like (yukky).... Room was not cleaned properly also bathroom was untidy to the core everywhere I could find the dust and to explain simply it's of waste. So guys please read the reviews and them choose ur room always.  Especially when we ask for adapter to charge our mobile. Each and everyone were attending our calls and said yes we are sending it.  Though calling them four to five times no response.  We were irritaed highly and just walked out the same night to find a better room next.

About hotel signature, Malaysia, kulalumpur

This was one of the worst night and experience in a hotel in my whole life. At 1am, two women started screaming in the room nextdoor to mine (1st floor). I had never heard such screams, it was like I was in a horror movie or a psychatric hospital. I'm a young woman and I was alone, so I didn't want to go and tell them to stop screaming. They seemed too scary and crazy. So I tried to call the reception with my personnal phone (the phone in the room wasn't working). I called them many many times. I could hear the phone ringing and ringing at the reception because all the walls are so thin but no one ever answered. After a while, I coudn't bear these screams anymore, so I went out of my room at 4 in the morning and went to the reception. The guy was sitting at his desk. We could hear the screams from the reception. I asked him why he didn't answer my calls. He said no one called the phone didn't ring. So I told him that I could hear the phone ringing from my own room. Then he said he answered but there was no response. So I said 'stop lying because you didn't answer'. Then he said yes sorry sorry with a big smile and laughing. And I asked him 'why didn't you go and talk to the women screaming ?? People want to sleep here'. While I was talking to him he sent a 15-years-old-looking guy who was washing the windows to go and ask them to stop. And I could finally go back to my room with almost silence. I say almost because after that a rat started to scratch the wall just behind my bed and run over the ceiling. I had to leave the room at 5 in the morning because I had to take my flight. I had to travel all day. And I could sleep 1 hour in the whole night, so I traveled super tired and super nervous after hearing inhuman screams non stop for 3 hours. And the hotel receptionist was just useless and disrespectful. The room absolutely doesn't look like the pictures. It was smelly in the room. No soap/shampoo. Phone in the room not working. Room door lock broken. Rats. And psycho people, they may not be there every night of course, but you never know so don't take the risk and : DON'T GO !!!

A nightmare.

We stayed in this so called " SIGNATURE HOTEL" for 9 nights!!! I think its a long time to experience the staffs and the Hotel it self!! poor customer satisfaction tho it was a budget hotel. The night before we were checking out, the terrible front office waked us all in the middle of the night to clear our payments!! We were planning to settle out payments in the morning but they didn't agree and called us to front office to get the cash card information and their vague excuse was that the next day they have to get ready for the Audit.  Ridiculous and Sooo Frustrating!!! But we cleared our payments the night it self without any complains. The Last day in Hotel we were packing our stuffs and found out that my EXPENSIVE accessories were missing!!  We didn't want to make a fuss in the Hotel but had told the front office that we have lost our stuffs!! The receptionist didn't do anything or neither had given me a proper response.. That moment I figured it out that the Front office it self is in the fishy business.. all in all this was my worst experience in Malaysia.Degrade Hotel!!!This hotel is not safe not in any way!!! Poor customer service, The air condition wasn't working,Poor room amenities... I regret my whole stay.. :(

TERRIBLE Hotel

check in took too long. bed sheet too dirty and smelly. shower not functioning well. sometimes water become too hot, sometimes become too cold and water pressure slow. shower become slow and turn off by itself. no hair dryer. no hanger
