Verve Suite At Mont Kiara

I spent almost a week here with my boyfriend and we really had a nice stay. The standard of the apartment was super, a real plus for the washing machine. The pools were amazing, especially the beach pool and a infinity pool in block B with a great view of KL's skyline (not sure if I remember the block no correctly). Be sure to explore all pool areas :):) will definitely consider to back during our next travel to KL :) 

Nice, clean rooms, staff polite and on time. Convenient location, shops and restaurants at the bottom of the building.  Pools are nice and not overcrowded.  Parking included into the price.  I wish we had more time to enjoy roof top beach like pool.

Incredible place! From the first second of check-in to the check-out. IT HAS A BEACH ON THE ROOF!!?? do i need to say anything more? Staff really help full and friendly. Restaurants right outside the door, private Cinema, over 7 different swimming pools (im sure there was more but we only had so much time to explore), and the view is to die for. Amazing place! Recommended to anybody!

Amazing pools and great view

Luxurious is just the firstname

Worth the money

I've been here in August for a couple of nights. At your arrival by taxi you need to stop at a check point hold by men in uniform that will ask you to prove your reservation. It's been like to arrive to the barracks. After the check in (but I didn't realize that that was actually the check in) I've been welcomed by girl who gently gave me two keys telling me that one was for the room and the other one for the facilities. Then she dropped me in my room and left. since then I was lost in the huge service apartment comprising at least 4 buildings. They didn't give a map of the city nor of the place and not even an explanation on how to reach the exit. in other words I needed to ask the military staff at the check point again and again to address me in and out. on top of it the place is quite far from the center. therefore it is good for a long stay, absolutely not for a couple of days. To reach the center you will need a taxi or uber. No metro station is close to the place and you cannot rely on the buses (it would take you 1,5 hours at least). A part of it the apartment is okay. Confortable and spacious enough it is equipped with a laundry washing drying Bosh machine quite useful if you want to wash your clothes. Nonetheless I found it difficult to set the air con at the right temperature/fan height what resulted in keeping it switched off.

We arrived at our last day for a more luxurious stay to end our amazing trip in Malaysia. 

However, after some problems with the check in and poor communication with the security guards (they are responsable for the check in, can you imagine?), we lost our interest in the place. We expected quite some more service for such a four star accomodation. But this was not the last thing.

We got a letter from the guards saying that we are not allowed on the common areas and may not use the common facilities such as the swimming pools, gym etc. We did paid for this though and now we may not use it? We gave the letter to someone who appears to be the assistent of the manager or something like that, but he took it very quickly away from us saying that he will investigate it and will let us know. So, because we were waiting for already 3 (!) hours to get in our appartment and now we can get in without knowing that we may use the common facilities for which we paid, we decided to cancel our stay.

We went to booking.com for a refund and after they investigate it they said that Verve Suites denied everything, they know about nothing. Case closed. They again are the winners because all they care about is money.
