Price affordable. However the room condition getting aging. Need to touch up on cleanliness and maintenance issue. Suitable for family to spend their holiday. Swimming pool was nice and can do barbecue.

Room itself is so big. I lived in tower 2 1201.
Living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 shower unit, kitchen.
Very nice view out side.
There are 3 type of room for the rent.
1st is hotel, 2nd is through agent, 3rd is through private owner.
Room rate will be change depend on which category, floor, owner.
For short trip, I recommend as hotel, but for long I recommend through agent or contact to private owner.
Have pool, fitness gym, restaurant, ok.
Walking distance to supermarket and also near that, you can find pork meat shop as well.

First time stayed here and we had booked Apartment Type F (4 Rooms) 3 Q bed & 1 S Bed with 2 bathrooms . Washing Machine & Dryer provided as well . It have gym , Swimming pool & car park facility.

The Apartment is big and very comfortable and suitable for family trip gathering. 



My family of 3 kids took type G apartment with 2 bedrooms, & 1 bathroom.

Good facilities with 1 kitchen, 1 living room, washing machine and dryer provided.

With RM240 per night, it's a value for money stay.

Downside:

- Slow internet
- Only a few tv channels available
- The cafe is not suitable for Muslim

I've booked 3 bedroom with occupant of 6 adult and 1 infant for 5 day 4 night.They only provide 2 small bottled of mineral water daily.No extra bed no baby cot ,We ask them to sent extra blanket at 10.45pm,they just mention housekeeping was close and they cant do anything for it.Receptionist by the name of Latifa was very rude and arrogant.Upon c/out,she's taking another pre-auth of my credit card instate off offline and never say sorry but only keep saying there is no problem on it(with inappropriate face).Im also a receptionist that have been experience working for 5 years,to be honest,this hotel have their potential to be a good hotel,but Latifa was make it poor.
