Well a month after we booked our stay here the hotel just cancelled our booking.
They did not respond on our questions .
So its a zero star review on all points.
I cannot image why a Hotel would just cancel and not give any other information, very inappropriate way of acting from Suma hotel.
The cancellation was a week ago, so after a week of no response I'm writing this review.

Cancelled by the Hotel, a month after booking, no response on questions.

The hotel is very clean and the reception is perfect. We were able to park the motorcycle in a private and secure parking lot. We tasted Peruvian cuisine, a new discovery. The size of the room is sufficient, the bathroom is spacious and the view from the balcony on the Moselle is very pleasant. Despite the fact that the establishment looks out onto the street, the double glazing and the shelf make the room soundproof. Address to be kept! Nothing negative. Only small complaint: it's a pity that the terrace is not accessible to guests in the afternoon to take a refreshment.

Cleanliness and hospitality at the top

We went there for dinner,  and everything was amazing. Great cocktails (try the pisco sour!!!) , and we really enjoyed the food as well. The dining room is cozy, and nicely decorated

We’ll gladly come back to enjoy the garden area, and test other items on the menu.

Great place!

I was there with my wife and a friend and his wife for dinner today! We were very surprised 😳 the food was excellent and a nice service 👍we will definitely come again and maybe next time with overnight accommodation!

Sunday excursion

Very nice staff and the lady at breakfast didn't speak French, we didn't speak Luxembourgish or German but we managed to understand each other:)

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Moselle

I'd go back to Luxembourg just to go here. The hotel is very pretty and clean. Dinner in the restaurant was unexpectedly amazing. The rooms are comfortable and the views are fantastic. A morning walk on the river is great. 

Wonderful restaurant 

The welcome was complete with Gallic shrug. I offered French or German - never sure in Luxembourg what to speak. The result was a wordless welcome and check in. The building has been newly refurbished and is very chic and elegant, just to our taste. Unfortunately the staff - family? - did not match this and were distinctly underdressed for the professional standard the place deserved. When we arrived down for breakfast the dining room was just as it had been at dinner, with only a few tables set for breakfast. We sat in the window, much to the annoyance of the guests who had sat there the previous evening. We weren't aware we should have sat at 'our' table. The guests complained and the waitress answered with a shrug and a disparaging comment about the English. These ones happened to understand enough German to know what was happening.

great views

Overlooking the Moselle. Very pleasant terraces. Very clean room. Good cuisine. One simple tip: You should include chicken, turkey and calf on the menu for people with stomach problems.

Kindness from Employers

The weather was great and there was a place on the terrace with a beautiful view of the Moselle and the Thorn Castle on the other side of the river.

Start of the holiday

We had a two night stop in Remich at this hotel and found it ideal.

We were in Room 2 on the first floor which overlooks the Moselle. Although on the main road, it wasn't too noisy.

This hotel is situated just outside the town centre but it is a pleasant walk into this pretty town.

The room had 2 large twin beds moulded together making up one huge double bed. The bathroom had a powerful shower. Everywhere was extremely clean and tidy.

Both nights we sat on the balcony looking at the river and boats, large and small, tourist and commercial - having a nice time.

We recommend the restaurant for a gormet meal. Breakfast was the usual fare.
