Generally average if you are in for a short stay where you would only need to have a bed and breakfast then get on your way. Pretty close to main Vilnius attractions and walking distance from main business street. Stayed there for two nights and it was not bad. Room is clean however there was only one bath towel and no hand towels in the washroom. Moreover, next day after I checked in late in the evening, my room was not fixed and there has been no sign of any housekeeping done. I checked out and went to Loop Hotel as I tried it in my previous visit and it is quite nicer and more professional. Breakfast was ok to go with.

As a budget, I didnt find it that competing and compared to better quality rooms around Vilnius, it needs a lot of managerial and hospitality work.

Actually this hotel is pretty nice from the inside. The room was totally fine and service was okay but not too friendly.. 
The weirdest thing was that when we went to have breakfast the room appeared dark and first I didn‘t realize that the breakfast room is actually part of the nightclub next door! I double checked it from the outside and in the back of the room you could even see the poles for dancing.
Too bad because the room was very nice and its very good neighbourhood!

Stole €1000 from my credit card TWICE, so €2000 total. Before I went they took €1000, even though I opted to pay when arriving. As soon as they did this I cancelled it and they never refunded the money. In FEBRUARY one morning I get a message from the bank saying another €1000 had been taken from my account from this place even though I had never stayed there. Thieves, scammers, call them what you will. Hotel doesn’t answer emails or phone calls. Disgraceful. NEVER GO HERE.

This hotel took 160€ from my credit card for a charge that I had paid on cash before I left!
We stayed in the new town hotel for a weekend in March. When we arrived at 3 in the afternoon the door was locked and the manager eventually let us in begrudgingly and showed us to a dark tiny room. We upgraded and the new room was fine. There was no restaurant and prepaid breakfast was in another restaurant up the street which didn’t open until 12 midday. Our room was not cleaned for the four days we weee there and after departure the manager stole 160€ from my account. 
Do not book this place!

Disgraceful! Do not stay here

Hotelmanager burst and threw keys on the floor and screamed as we questioned our breakfast.When we arrived I asked if we booked breakfast. He said breakfast was served at a cafe nearby and gave us directions there. The second day at breakfast they asked for a business card from the hotel and said that otherwise we will pay, they called the hotel. We paid for both days and picked it up at the hotel when we came back.
He got so mad and told us to swim back to Scandinavia and threw my husband out and patted him on the hand! Shortly after, we received an email from Booking that he cancelled us as a NoShow-custumer so we cannot leave a review on Booking! Have never experienced anything like it!

He cancelled our stay on Booking after we checked out so we cant give him a bad review!

This hotel is stealing money from customer. They are big liars. Guys if you do not want to be charge extra money like me exactly 150EUR after 3 weeks that you left the hotel for sure do not go there! BIG liars!

Terrible hotel!

I advise to all of you never ever use this hotel! They stole from my card extra 83€ after we left the hotel and after we already paid all amount in reception! After all of this they are ignoring me! Big liars, unprofessionals and rude people! If you do not want that this happen to you I really advise you to use another hotel in Vilnius. This one is just big sh*t.

Terrible experience

ATTENTİON .New Town Otel is THİEF  !!!!
3 days after leaving the hotel . Hotel stole my credit card information and 150 euro money.
Please be carefull .I wrote to the BOOKİNG.COM. I did not get the result
