Very good budget hotel. Good experience, very big. The wedding venue is gorgeous, staff is very cooperative for me and my children. This is a very good hotel for a budget mini moon. The chalets are spacious and very beautiful. Very close to the beach. All in all, 8.75/10 experience. Spinneys and McDonald’s are found inside complex. Lovely.

Our stay in victory village was comfortable and nice. The chalet was clean, the AC was so good we didn't get warm, the chalet wasn't equiped there is no dishes,spoons, no napkins. the pool was clean .
the music near to the chalet on the first day was too loud and stayed till 5 pm so one group of my friends didn't sleep well because their room was facing the music place but the second day the music stopped earlier.

The employees are so nice and friendly and also the manager told us about the breakfast that is included in the chalet rent which we thought before that it was only for hotel staying(the breakfast was good) , and that we have access to the pool on our leaving date. The receptionist was very responsive to our calls 

The location of this place is perfect,it is near to spinneys and to many shops so u can get anything u like without using ur car or getting lost.

Amazing budget hotel, nice place for kids to play on the slides.

A very good experience

i visited this hotel in january and its a bad vist terrible hotel and bad food but its a good location beside lebanese army its too safe but terrible hotel its a bad day cz the staff too slow and the bed not comfortable i didnt want to try it again

Worst experience I ever had 
They obligated us to stay in 1 room 5 person and I called them on phone to reserve 2 rooms  and they said no problem you are welcome we pay online as a deal the receptionist named Ali was very rude and impolite and i had an argument with him 
He tried to obligate us to pay extra for one more person cause he didn’t want  to give us the second room 
We accepted to stay in the same room. The 5 of us cause we have children with us .
In the room: fake pictures no view no windows no ac control the electricity is extremely bad the atmosphere in the room is very bad no internet they don’t answer in the phone  now hairdryer no safe for the money or personal things .
In the pool: to be honest the water was clean and the stuff was very friendly all of them in general 
We were obligated to leave the pool at 6 pm  one of the games was broken and i hurt myself on it 
And we didn’t find the safety kit emergency room was empty  that it wasn’t too severe  but if someone else was hurt it is not good at all 
The check in was at 2 pm and the checkouts was at 12 pm less than 24 hours
And when i asked them on phone they promised to  get access to the pool the second day when we leave the room 
Also when  we asked them they asked about money and they said that they will gave us discount 
And i asked them about our name and why there is no reservation for us they said that is was our responsibility !! !! I told them that it was the worst hotel I have ever visit . The elevator was small the gym was very bad 

Extremely bad 

Very Dirty chalet! Not equipped!No running water in the bathroom! The reception don't answer the calls..And the price is above average!not recommended at all!!! Hope they will renew it or change the management because the location is nice and the place is huge!

WORST Experience ever!!!

I have never seen a such disgusting hotel with dirty rooms, chalets, toilets, used soap , used shampoo ,no warm water for shower, dirty kids outdoor pool, unprofessional staff . The  kitchen chef was obliged to leave at 4  pm so we got our dinner at 4 pm. All the rooms are without balcony, the windows could not be opened because there is no para mosquito  and the AC was central with no room accommodation.

The worst experience ever, please be aware of the safety of your kids if you choose to stay there...not safe at all... not clean... good staff and very bad management and reception.... they sells fake images and expectations...
