This place offers great prices wile accommodating in a very spacious apartment fully equipped even with a washing machine. It has a great location at a intersection connecting all roads leading to downtown area or hazmieh, this makes it easy to find transportation and lots of local shops and a major mall called city center. For the price we paid around 50$ we had a 50m square apt while enjoying great service. We got our money worth and  great value for money.
We will comeback again.

Great value for money 

It was what we needed for a layover sleeping night between our transit flights at Beirut Rafiq Hariri International Airport.
Our host, Khalid was so welcoming and even with not enough knowledge of English language he answered all our needs and questions with his son' help for translation. We arrived late evening but they were ready to help us to accommodate.
Everything was clean and though we didn't have enough time to enjoy kitchen / sitting room facilities, they look well equipped for longer than one overnight stay too. 
Our flat was in sixth floor and there is a lift which can carry five adults easily. We requested a two double bedrooms flat which was completely clean. Kitchen / sitting room was equipped with a fridge, washing machine, washing sink and a cooker. It also had a TV and satellite set, sofa and coffee table. Each bedroom had two single beds with air conditioner, side tables, seats and cupboard.
Its bathroom was more in Middle-East traditional layout with a toilet and hand washing basin in front and a shower room in back with separation wall and locking door. 
I think it's perfect for a family of four who wishes to have a comfortable stay half-way between Beirut downtown and airport.
However, Its bathroom space is a beat small and also it'd be better if there is any mention that which flat is non-smoking and which one is smoking as we're not in favour of smoking accommodations.

A comfortable accommodation close to Airport!

The place is old and shabby. No sleep is possible due to horrenduous traffic noise even with great ear plugs. The "windows" are made of some plexiglass only. Also a lot of noise by other people in the house. Mould on the ceilings. Beds matresses and pillows are worn out and smell of chlorine.  Positive: Nice balcony on the more silent side of the apartment. Basically clean. We only had to stay a few hours there, fortunately.

Basically not recommendable at all

Booked 2 rooms. One for my family and another for my self. The place is very old and shabby. Not clean and the look in pictures does not reflect the reality however staff members are very friendly and helpful
