Sakura Wood House

Comfortable rooms, nice location, short walk to night market. Very nice shower, best we had in 3 weeks. Friendly staff, limited English but they help you where they can. Authentic monk morning ritual can be seen on the corner of the street, better than at touristic night market area. We had a nice uograde of iur room for the second night after visit to Nong Khiaw. Great stable Wi-Fi. 

We had an amazing stay at Sakura Wood. Our room was wonderful and we also had access to the lovely terrace where we spent time reading and relaxing. The building has a lovely traditional feel to it and the location was very central so everything we wanted to see and do was in walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend staying here and will stay here again myself next time I’m in Luang Prabang. 

Everything was amazing! We had a very nice welcome with a beautiful and clean room. The staff was all very helpful and helped us with everything from renting a motorbike to telling us about the city. The owner was also very friendly. I would reccomend this to everyone. The shower was also very new and fancy! Always a smile on everyone's face.

Quirky rooms at this place - wood interior, tiles and stone work of the bedroom and bathroom. I liked it a lot - different to other places we had stayed at in Laos.
Great hot showers.
Ceiling fan more than adequate. 
Friendly and helpful staff despite their limited English. 
Ear plugs are handy for the rooster that gets up early near by.
Tea is lovely but rest of breakfast nothing special as usual eggs and bread.
Cheap and cheerful. 
A close walk to most places. 
Owner was kind enough to help us with the rental of a motor bike.
Would stay here again!

Great stay!

Fantastic stay

Amazing service and very clean room!

First, the hotel and the room I had were nice. But the service was a catastrophe!! I told this poor guy from the reception I'm gonna stay one more night but I had to leave the next day. It was written on booking.com that the breakfast is included but they refused to give me. (unfortunatly I didnt book through booking.com cause they gave me directly the same price - my fault!!) I gave them my laundry and then they brought it back, unwashed... They csn not wash my things...
All in all they did evrything to mske me feel not welcome... 

Worst service ever

Nicely located standard hotel. Room was like a hot sauna and was impossible to sleep with the fan not being able run fast enough and no ventilation. Could not sleep all night. Friendly staff. Not a great experience.

Not great sleep

Don't use this place. I payed by credit card and they charged me double price. I noticed it after going back home. I contacted to them, but they didn't deal with this issue.
It's the worst experience in my trip.
