77 reviewsMy friend and I stayed at Y Not Lao Villas (at the back of Pakam guesthouse) and really enjoyed it. The rooms were simple and clean, and had everything you needed including excellent aircon, a comfortable bed, PowerPoints next to the bed and hot shower. Breakfast was included in the price which is a bonus (their banana pancake is very nice). There was also an essential oil burner in the room which I think adds a nice touch. There is a little balcony outside our 2nd storey rooms, which although their was no view, was a nice place to sit in the evening and relax. The location is fantastic- just across the road from the Mekong for fantastic sunset views, and minutes walk to the night markets and restaurants on the main strip. All for a very reasonable price. Staff were very friendly and helpful- especially when we wanted to organise a day trip to stay Kuang Si. I’d definitely stay again.
