AK Reserve Hotel Atyrau

I had heard a lot about the Hub in Atyrau and decided to book to stay at the hotel during my planned business trip upon arrival was met by 3 staff all very friendly and pleasant in conversation while I was checking in I got my key and went to my room to find a very clean fully serviced room very nice size king bed wonderful large high ceiling main room and equally spacious bathroom with real proper bath and walk in style shower all finishings taps towels soaps etc. Gowns slippers water selection of tea you name it all at hand so perfectly catered full in a boutique style room finished to a high standard. Ate downstairs in the evening and joined a quiz night which was great fun with multiple teams. The food was excellent both evening meals and the breakfast and had a great comfortable sleep. Clearly the management have hired and trained an excellent staff force always ready to serve with a friendly smile and ready to help with any request. The price I felt was very fair and much more value than other hotels in the area but the whole atmosphere of the place is upbeat and runs like a well oiled machine. I tried the draft beer pilsner and it's a good pint. The wine is sold only by the bottle so might be a good option to offer by the glass perhaps also unless your in a group of friends. First class place and will be recommending to all colleagues planning to visit Atyrau. Davie C
