Hisham Hotel Amman

I am giving this hotel a 5 stars. For many reasons. This is not a resort, nor a big name hotel. This is a boutique hotel and should be rated as such. Our friend in Amman recommended it to us for our 5 days stay. We contacted them by email, three months prior to arrival, and made our reservations, based on the recommendation and the affordable rates. The communications were very professional and the replies were on the spot and almost immediately, although Amman is 10 hours ahead of us. The location was great. The hotel is in the center of the city, 10 to 15 minutes drive from all the places we needed to be. There were a variety of very good restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The rooftop offered delicious appetizers and entrees, in addition to a large bar. The view of the city from the top is amazing. The lobby was large enough not to be crowded, with two sitting areas, should you need to wait. Our room was remodeled and modern, very large and had everything you needed. The bathroom was also modern and equipped with the best. A Middle Eastern breakfast that will please all tastes is included in the rate, and is served every morning. I left the staff to the end, because there are no compliments and words enough to say about them. All the personnel were courteous, smiling at all times, and if you need help just ask and they will go out of their way to offer the help needed. They made our stay very pleasant. Thank you Mohammad and Abdallah for making us feel at home among family. All in all it was a five star place and service.
