The best feature of the place is the owner couple who runs this accommodation. They are very caring without being over-attentive. They are also very knowledgeable of the local area since they have been running the place for the last 30 years – true professionals. We chose this place after reading glowing reviews on a Japanese website. Sometimes this can lead to some disappointment as your expectations grow too high. However, we felt totally happy from beginning to end. The food was delicious and varied. The room was small but very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Crayon House.
