Pullman Hotel is located in a nice area, next to 2 x train stations (Mita and Tamachi). There are also plenty of restaurants/eateries and a couple of convenience stores in the office building next door. The rooms are lovely and quite large (around 30m2) for Tokyo. The layout/design is pretty smart and makes good use of the room size. Beds/pillows are soft and comfortable. The staff are all wonderful but special mention must be made of Hannah at the Reception/Check In desk. I arrived very early due to having to check out of my previous accommodation at a ridiculously early time. I was aware that the check in time wasn’t until 3.00pm but Hannah did her best to get me checked in early. Furthermore she was great at keeping me updated as to the estimated check in time. In addition to that I had a nighttime flight on departure. On top of everything she’d already done, Hannah also arranged a very generous check out time which ensured that I didn’t have to leave for the airport too early. Thanks again Hannah. You’re a credit to the entire accommodation industry!
