The Celestine Hotel Ginza is a must-visit in Tokyo, offering an incredible stay with welcoming staff, a soft and cozy bed, wonderfully soft pajamas, excellent coffee, and a stunning view that guarantees a return visit. The hospitality and comfort made my time there truly special. Adding to this, my stay at the restaurant Casita in the hotel was equally impressive. The staff, especially Natsuko, Matsumoto, and Goshiro, exceeded all my expectations. Their professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness created an incredibly welcoming atmosphere during my time spent at the restaurant. Natsuko stood out with her thoughtful approach, making the experience unforgettable. The food was outstanding, and I will enthusiastically recommend Casita to all my friends and acquaintances. I’m already looking forward to returning to both The Celestine and Casita!
