i like the location because it is near to everything food, train, tour spots, etc. i feel safe also during our stay there, Price is reasonable and Will recommend to my friends, Very Nice !!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's been a year since i visited tokyo and i stayed for a month in mayflower guesthouse. This was my first time to stay in a shared house. And my experience could not have been better.  Good environment and great ambiance! The people i met are all nice! price are extremely reasonable for that location. I should have wrote this review earlier though! I will surely stay here again when i come back to tokyo!

Not bad for people in budget. And staying in center of city. Especially if you are alone. Not recommended for family more of single or couple staying guest. Like me im living alone sothis place was okay for me.

I would have to say that my stay here was good. Even good for short stay and backpackers. Especially people new to tokyo. Since you dont need to bring anything but your own personal belongings and i love how convenient that there is a coin laundry in the building! No need to go out! Restaurants and convenient stores is just a minute away!

I am new to tokyo this is myfirst stay here. Mayflower was very accomodating  and location is convenient. Ambiance was good and environment is quiet. I enjoy my 3 weeks stay here. Very great experience!

very affordable. good place. near to bars, restaurants, supermarket, there is also donki quote near by. also safe for all guest since ther is door locks. everything you need is within the area. no additional prices everything was smooth. rooms are little small but clean. cheapest rent you'll ever find in tokyo.

It was recommended by a friend that we should stay here while on a vacation, and also this was closest to everything. Complete utilities for us to use. A convenient place to stay, it is clean and affordable. I definitely recommend this place.

This place is worth my money to treat my whole family! It's a pleasant stay for guests like us. Rooms are clean and it leaves a good atmosphere. Another perfect stay even though we have stayed for this hotel multiple times, we will be definitely back soon!

The place is a complete package! It comes with the basic utilities (with all working appliances). I enjoyed staying here, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends. Overall, it made my trip worthwhile.

Mayflower house is one of the most affordable place around tokyo. I stayed in yotsuya 3 years ago and also in roppongi last year. Not new but everything i need was there. Comfort. Convenience. Furnished. Fast wifi. They also have laundry in the building no need to go out to find a laundry shop. Owner and Staff are also accomodating they able to satisfy my needs.

Will recommend to my friends because of good service at reasonable price. The building is not new but the place is very accessible to important place like train, restaurants, etc. No worry about cooking things because it is already provided.

Improved service than before, new appliances/things and good place who are planning for a long stay, building is old but they renovate it, I stayed here before, and I stayed again now because of my great experience.
