I chose this hotel based on the location and other positive reviews I read. I wanted to be in Shibuya, in a walkable area close to all the shops and restaurants. This hotel was absolutely perfect and checked all my boxes: location, comfort, affordability, great breakfast. The room was small but well equipped and clean, the king size bed was extremely comfortable. Pajamas, slippers, toothbrush, and other toiletries provided. Shower pressure was excellent, plenty of hot water, and of course the Toto bidet toilet! There was also an electric tea kettle, tea bags, and a mini fridge provided. This hotel has everything you need to be comfortable and close to everything in Shibuya. The hotel restaurant was very good and we enjoyed our breakfast, which is prepared freshly upon ordering. I was a little nervous about check-in because of some of the reviews I read where they stated it was automated with no assistance. That simply is not true, they do have a kiosk for checking in and out, but they also have very helpful and attentive staff to assist. Less than 10 min walk to the Scramble Crossing and the Mega Don Quijote! I highly recommend this hotel and I would absolutely stay here again in the future.
