HOTEL LiVEMAX Sapporo-Ekimae

I loved staying here. The room is spacious, bed is ginormous for a single person. The room and bathroom are both clean. Very close to Sapporo station. I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend.

It was a good hotel a short walk from train station.  The rooms and bathrooms were clean and nice (small but comfortable).  The breakfast was great.  I would recommend stay here because it was very reasonable and a nice hotel

Although the hotel was tucked away at a less-popular spot in Sapporo, it was still within a 5 minutes walking distance from the main Sapporo area and subway lines. The staff were super helpful and went the extra mile to find and print information when I needed some help with alternative ways to get to the airport instead of riding the JR. The room I had was clean and exceeded my expectations with a massage chair and microwave oven. I was also given a nice DHC beauty kit. Breakfast was simple and decent as well. Overall, a great value for money hotel.

This hotel was a little far from the station, but definitely within reasonable walking distance. It was close to many restaurants and convenience stores. The front desk staff were great and really friendly. The room was a great size, with a super comfortable bed, many pillows, and a massage chair. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.

Hotel is near to all shopping malls and yet is not noisy at all. Hotel room is clean and comfortable.There staff are friendly and helpful.

Stay for 2 nights, its almost 11 pm when i arrived and Sapporo in the middle Snow Rain, while i need to walk about 8 mnt from train station, found out theres a long corridor above ground link between station to LiVEMAX hotel.. ohhh so convenient.The receptionist process only take me about 1 mnt, then I in my clean warm comfort room already. Trying the very rare massage chair inside the hotel room, had a deep nice sleep that night, while snow thicker and thicker outside.Before start my day (going to be very long day outside) i had Japanese breakfast, and its all very nice rice egg seaweed soup and warm drink, such a simple and fill my soul kind of breakfast. That day arrived at hotel almost 12mn, exhausted but had very great day cos i visit and do all the things i planned for. The receptionist, not too old, in his suites, standing wellcome me while i clean up the snow all over my body, when i finished clean up i looking at him, still in the same position with warm smile, surprised me, Wow! I coming home. In early morning i need to catch the train for my depart to Singapore, and find out the same guy in the receptionist, its only 1 mnt check out process, we saying goodbye while i exit the door, i bounce my self 3 times said Thank you, and he said Have anice day. Ooohhh... happy i choosed LiVEMAX hotel.

I just use HKD317 to stay one night, the location of the hotel is so convenient, there is a Lawson convenient store just at the corner of street, just walk about 8 minutes can go to JR Sapporo Station.There has a MASSAGE CHAIR inside my room, that is so amazing. The room is so clean and has all amenity kit.And the bonus thing is the price include breakfast.

Relatively closeby to the JR station, Family Mart and 7-11 closeby. Only have staff there from 3-11 pm. Room was spacious - no TV, only pay per view. Not alot of outlets to charge your devices.  Room was never cleaned the whole time I was there (5 days), maybe because this is a no frills business hotel.

Room was spacious and clean.They provided a lot of space to store your stuff (closet, plenty drawers, etc).It seemed the window could not be opened, but they provided an air humidifier....No info about coinlaundry, I had to find one myself which was about 15-20 minutes away from the hotel.... That was kind of inconvenient....

The location of the hotel is good, just 5min. walk from Sapporo station, while in the silent circumstance.  I was surprised with an excellent automatic massage chair, which I haven't found in other business hotels that I stayed.Everything in the hotel was good other than light switches, which are not placed on the ordinary position on the walls nor bedside.

Good standard businessman's hotel - breakfast was very, very basic but complimentary. Plenty of conbini stores nearby as well as huge shopping complex at Sapporo JR station. However DON'T trust Google maps to find this hotel. Google will send you to the middle of a huge camera store NOT the hotel. Fortunately, a very kind traffic policewoman guided me through the driving snow to the correct location.

Overall a very good, reasonably priced and centrally located hotel.  Staff were very helpful in providing local advice re. shopping and other attractions.  Also quite large size room by Japanese standards - including a free vibrating massage chair.

Pleasant Stay

The location of the hotel was a little of the side and was slightly difficult to find without any gps/maps services. The hotel staff were welcoming and very nice. The included breakfast was nice as it meant I didn't have to find a location for breakfast. As well the hotel was located quite close to a convenience store which was a nice place to go if ever there was an urge for a snack. The room itself was very nice and had a microwave for when I decided to heat up some cold food. Had a little trouble with the lights when I first arrived as the front had forgotten to tell us that the long bar attached to the room keys needed to be inserted into a slot before any of the lights would turn on.
