12 reviewsWish I could give this place 100 stars! I stayed here for 5 total nights with two other friends during our ski trip to Hakuba and from start to finish our experience was incredible. Tsuyoshi (the manager) and his family are so kind and generous and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, including picking us up late in the evening from our train station and giving us rides into Hakuba. The facility is very clean and a great location to ski in and out if you want to ski the Cortina area. There is no laundry in the building but the staff will take your laundry and return it to you the following day for a small fee if you wish. The showers downstairs are a miniature version of an onsen and very refreshing, including a hot bath area. Finally, DO NOT SKIP THE DINNER OPTION for your stay. We had dinner there on our last night and it was authentic and amazing, wish we would have eaten there every night. As others have reviewed, this place is perfect if you’re looking for an authentic Japanese, family experience, not to party. Truly a Happy House! :)
