Good onsen (not so hot), so you can enjoy good time in room or outside bath. The food was very good. Complimentary shoe shine service! Usually Japanese hotel has bed service (arranging futon) while you are dinning at the restaurant. But this ryokan has such unexpected service. It is a kind of Omotenashi (Japanese hospitality)
