SeaSand Eco Villas

Great experience. Found this place on Air BNB. Native Son Villa(second villa from the beach).If you're looking for the pristine American corporate all-inclusive experience this is not for you. The villa is dated and rough around the edges but that should NOT deter you. Location is AWESOME!!! Only steps from 7 Mile Beach... 3 min walk to Margaritaville. Villa is clean and has many amenities. 4 bdrms-6 beds and 3 bathrooms. Large dining room table. Living room with 2 couches. Full Kitchen with a clothes washer.A covered patio with a table for outside dining and a 2nd floor deck wih 2 private seating areas. Manager(Debra) was quick with responses. Very nice woman. If that was everything, it would be worth every penny...But!!! What you also get is a daily private cook/house attendant.(We had a lovely woman named Angie). She was with us from 9-5 pretty much everyday. She helped plan all of our meals that we wanted and prepared them beautifully for us. She took me shopping to the local outdoor produce market and grocery store for our supplies. Cleaned up after meals and even did some of our laundry. She took care of so many details. THEN... There's Fitzroy! I'm not exactly sure what his title is because he does everything else. Concierge, property manager, grounds keeper, bartenter,assistant, driver,grill master,on and on....Almost anything you need(Anything 😉) you can ask Fitzroy. If he can't do it or get it-He's Gotta Guy! On nights we chose to eat take out ,he drove me up and back to get it. The few Cons of this property are far outweighed by the Pros. Great location & staff. Plenty of room for a larger family to spend time together but also have their own space. The property also has a small beach bar onsite for quick,small drinks. Beach chairs, thatch umbrellas, and a massage area(shout out to Nicole and Tashian). Highly recommend 👌.
