Thasheca gave clear details about the expectations for entering and leaving the property, how to use the appliances, etc within the apartment, as well as how to find reasonably priced places around town. She is prompt and very personable.I strongly suggest that it be made clear on hotels.com that this property requires an appointment in order to enter the premises. The contact person/owner was VERY rude in declaring that expectation. As someone who has been using hotels.com for over 10 years ( for hotels and apartment rentals alike- in the USA, San Andrés, Colombia, Cuba, Panama), I have NEVER been spoken to the way I was when trying to check-in. The distaste was taken away with entrance to the beautiful apartment and with the very personable way in which Thasheca communicated with me.I have already shared pics with my family and friends who are looking forward to looking into renting the location for their upcoming vacations.
