29 reviewsWas slightly worried after reading the reviews but I shouldn't of been. We arrived at 2pm and found that the reception was staffed. We were in a private room which was spotless, as where the toilets. We are used to staying in hostels and therefore don't need the 24 hour reception or private bathroom. If you want that you need to look at a hotel which will be considerably more expensive.The receptionist is available up until the early afternoon and the wifi works perfectly. You can't cook in the kitchen but why would you when you an grab a large pizza slice for a few euros (perfect if your on a budget) the location is great and once you get your bearings it's easy to find. But it's Venice so be prepared to get lost but embrace it. Overall very happy with the price and the accommodation. Perfect for a weekend if your on the budget and aren't expecting a hotel atmosphere. Beautiful garden too!!

Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities. A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.
