43 reviewsSpent 6 nights at the B&B and we loved it, Claudia the owner met us on our first night at check in and was a delight, she also dropped a couple of texts during our stay to check all was ok with us which I thought was a nice touch. The girl at the breakfast was also lovely and she knows enough English for you to communicate with her over what you want for breakfast. Our room had a jacuzzi shower and separate jacuzzi bath. We visited Murano and Burano one day (stunning) also spent a day in Verona (the amphitheatre is a must) and a day in Padua (do not miss St Anthony’s cathedral). For Venice itself what can I say, it’s amazing and a world away from other cities I’ve visited, it’s just sensational go to piazzale Roma get on the number 1 boat up the Grand Canal to St Marks what a wonderful journey that is. For walking round the streets keep your google maps handy though as it is so easy to get lost, that said it was all part of the fun. First couple of pics are views from our room.
