120 reviewsIdeally located. Due to delayed flight we had a late arrival. I messaged to advise and Caroline our host ensured we got access to the property in the early hours of the morning. This is an ideal base for seeing Venice. It is located in the very heart of the small city. The room and facilities were very very clean. The bed was comfortable, WiFi excellent but most of all there was zero noise! Venice is all about exploring and this is the ideal base.

Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities.
